Music-lovers of all genres enjoyed a complimentary concert for Colorama Music's Open House event Thursday night! Entertainer Louie Palma and friends: Ronnie Ray, Donnie Simonds, Lenny Emory, George Gurganus, John Demas, and John Sannuto (behind the drums) put on a great show for their foot-stomping audience who kept coming in until there wasn't a seat left in the house!

The Colorama Premier Performance Club showcases many artists and acts from the Tampa Bay area, but many have played around the world before retiring in Florida. The venue provides entertainment with familiar acts like The Reynolds Brothers, Larry Bené, Pete Columbo, Ed Galloway, Tommy Johnson, and Stan Prinston. Even Elvis makes his return with impersonator Donn Jett appearing in April.

"There we met Les and his wife Karen, they run the place - and WHAT a place it is!! Les had some great equipment including some gorgeous guitars that had Bobby D drooling, a KILLER sounding drum kit, as well as one of those new high end Bose PA systems - the one that looks like a tetherball pole.

He also had a "lounge" area with couches and a big screen TV with a PS2 hooked up!! Oh yeah, did I mention he had a FULL BAR too!?!?! So after a few hours of shaking off the cobwebs, we sat down with Les for a few cocktails and to talk. A fun time was had by all! If you ever find you need some rehearsal space in the Hudson, FL area - this is the place!!"
